Positive and negative events are an inevitable part of life.  They vary in their frequency, intensity, and controllability, and can have a significant effect on our wellbeing.  These events generate a mixture of thought and emotions in us that we can deal with quickly or may linger with us for longer periods of time.

Negative events can have lasting negative reactions if not managed.  Our resilience helps us to deal with the thoughts and emotions that result from these events.  This training explains resilience and helps you build coping strategies to strengthen how you deal with and move on from these negative events.
