Michael is a professional coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer. He is an Accredited Level 2 Consultant and Trainer of Extended DISC (eDISC) and a Meta Dynamics Level 2 Practitioner.
He is an Associate Member of the International Coaching Guild, a Chartered Manager and member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), a Fellow and Certified Practicing Manager of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a Certified Professional and Honorary Life Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS).

Michael is a pro-bono coach for the ICF ACT, and a mentor for the IML and ACS.
Michael has over 40 years of experience within the ICT industry with more than 30 years in management roles, including serving as an elected Non Executive Director of the Australian Computer Society. He has managed diverse people from project teams, technical engineering teams, and multinational teams across 10 countries during his role as a General Manager for an International Software Company.
He brings his experience and knowledge from his career and his coaching business to these engagements with the goal to enhance client’s lives and, through them, their staff and teams.
