Michael is a professional coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer. He is an Accredited Consultant and Trainer of Extended DISC and a Meta Dynamics(TM) Level 1 Practitioner.
He is an Associate Member of the International Coaching Guild, a Chartered Manager and member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Certified Professional member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
Michael is a mentor for the Australian Institute of Management and Australian Computer Society as well as managing the ACS Canberra Branch mentoring program.
Michael has over 30 years of experience within the ICT industry with more than 20 years in management roles, including his current role as an elected Non Executive Director of the Australian Computer Society. He has managed diverse people from project teams, technical engineering teams, and multinational teams across 10 countries during his role as a General Manager for an International Software Company.
He brings his experience and knowledge from his career and his coaching business to these engagements with the goal to enhance client’s lives and, through them, their staff and teams.
